fix(zshrc): safer trash rm wrapper; drop personal install fragment

Keep ~/.zshrc upgrade-friendly by not shipping author-specific
plugin samples as patch targets. Prefer the flag-tolerant trash
function over bare aliases so common rm -f usage still works.
